Once a solution has been physically installed the final stage of the delivery process is to train the client how to use their new facility. Arc offer training which will take the client to a knowledge level that will allow them to use their new facility comfortably and confidently thus allowing them to concentrate on their business and not their Audio Visual Solution.

Refresher Sessions
We understand that there is a lot to take in with any new system that is why we try and schedule Refresher Sessions at agreed dates post delivery to both offer a recap on the points covered in the initial training sessions and also answer any questions that have arisen in the meantime.
