Displays & Conferencing

LG twin 75-inch and 65-inch displays serve boardroom and training. Poly E70 cameras and TC8 controls support Teams; an AVer CAM550 and INOGENI Share2U add training-room camera flexibility.

Audio & speech capture

Shure MXA710 ceiling arrays, Sonance speakers and Blustream Dante amplifiers support room audio. Biamp TesiraFORTE DAN CI processing and Audinate interfaces connect the audio system.

ARC brought meeting-room technology, room audio and user controls together, with commissioning and guidance for daily operation.

ARC coordinated displays, cameras, networked audio, USB switching and control programming around the required room modes. Commissioning covered native Teams, laptop conferencing, presentation and breakout audio. Room-specific user guides explained the operating steps, supported by training and handover.
